Racks in Stock

By customer request, we have an ongoing effort to keep the most popular versions of our racks in stock. This page is an effort to communicate exactly what we have on hand available at any given time, and a brief description of all of the racks we stock.

Note that if you do not see your vehicle in the gallery below, it’s very possible that that rack is already in progress, just hasn’t yet made it through powder coating to make the list. Also highly likely we haven’t updated the website. And remember, the versions we stock, called “Essential Expo” racks, are just one of several variants offered, and only a fraction of the racks we make. For any customization, questions, or general inquiries just contact us and we’ll get back to your promptly- probably faster than you’re used to.

60 Series Essential Expo

  • 4 rain gutter towers per side. Short Expo bar running up in front, sloped back. Rear light tabs, super slim wind fairing.

  • Compatible with all FJ60 and FJ62 body styles. Compatible with high roof 60 series using optional extended height tower risers.

80 Series Essential Expo

  • 4 rain gutter towers per side, sunroof opening, non-tapered Expo++ bar running down, 3 cutouts per side, super slim wind fairing.

  • Compatible with all FJ80, FZJ80, LX450, HJ81, or any other 80 series variant.

100 Series Essential Expo

  • 4 roof channel towers per side, sunroof opening, tapered Expo++ bar running down, rear light tabs, front light tabs, side gussets, traditional shape wind fairing.

  • Compatible with all 100 and 105 series, no drilling required.

200 Series Essential Expo

  • 4 roof channel towers per side, sunroof opening, tapered Expo++ bar running down, rear light tabs, front light tabs, side gussets, traditional shape wind fairing.

  • Compatible with all 200 series Land Cruisers, LX570, no drilling required. LX570’s 2016 and newer do require headliner removal for installation.

GX460 Essential Expo

  • 3 roof channel towers per side, sunroof opening, tapered Expo++ bar running down, rear light tabs, front light tabs, side gussets, traditional shape wind fairing.

  • Compatible with all GX460 models, no drilling required.

250 Series Essential Expo

  • 4 roof channel towers per side, sunroof opening, tapered Expo++ bar running down, rear light tabs, front light tabs, side gussets, traditional shape wind fairing.

  • Compatible with all 250 series Land Cruiser and GX550, no drilling required. Front towers are secured with tape, drilling is optional.
