Yes, we’re aware that some browsers aren’t processing orders, and you get a “things aren’t working at the moment” error. This is most often browser-dependent, so switching to another device or browser often resolves the issue.
Or just email us for a paypal request, or give us a call and we can do things over the phone, the contact info is below. We’re also frustrated this and appreciate your patience and willingness to work around the issue. You can also type in credit card info or use Venmo, using the interface on the roof racks page. If you have just made a purchase, thank you for your order! Your transaction has been completed through paypal, shipping to the address you have stored in your paypal account. You’ll receive a separate email with tracking as soon as we print your shipping label. Most products are in stock and ship same day/next day as long as we’re around… but note the dates above for possible delays. For roof rack purchases, you will receive a detailed drawing and quote confirming exactly what we’re building, for you to confirm and/or make changes to before we get started.

If you still have questions, just fill out the form below and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours, often much sooner than that, unless we’re at an event or something, as outlined above.
