Our most popular rack is the Expo++, with tapered Expo, a style that has become known as the “Essential Expo rack,” however there are a number of variations you can make. The below gallery will give you an idea of what is available.
All racks start out the as a flat rack, then you have the option of adding one of several variants of the Expo bar. All Expo bars begin with a second bar across the front of the rack, then they wrap around the sides ending an multiple positions. The shorter Expo ends above the front doors, Expo+ ends above the rear doors, Expo++ ends above the back tires, and Expo+++ wraps around the back. Shown below on the 100 series, these Expo options are available on all vehicles including Lexus GX, 4Runner, and 200 series Land Cruisers.

Option 1, Essential Expo Racks: new for 2021, we’ve made all of the tough decisions for you and narrowed this down to the one version which has become the most useful, most popular, and best looking configuration for the 100 series. In Gamiviti lingo that is the Expo++ running down, tapered with side gussets, 4 plates/towers per side, with sunroof opening and traditional fairing. This is a great selection if you would rather not take the time to learn all of the various options, the language, and instead trust our judgement on options to give you all that you need, and none that you don’t, in other words just the essentials.

What is included with your 100 series Essential Expo rack package?
4 plates and towers per side, all hardware, powder coating, and traditional tapered style snap-on fairing.
Expo++ bar, tapered, running down, with 4 gussets per side.
Sunroof opening, reverse light tabs, front light bar tabs 41” apart.

What is not included with your 100 series Essential Expo rack package?
Shipping. After you order, a quote & drawing will be sent to you with crating and shipping costs added. Figure ~$300, but options exist for residential delivery, business delivery, and freight terminal pickup. The crate is big- 95” x 60” x 8”, weighs about 170 pounds.
Additional accessories like rack receivers, traction ramp brackets, reverse lights, a light bar, awnings, grid panels, tube clamps, etc. But all of this can be added to your order, just reply once you receive your quote & drawing.
Can I make changes to the Essential rack?
Yes. We can still modify these to add/remove plates and towers, add welded grid flooring, switch to the slim fairing, or some other Expo bar configuration, etc. But now you’re essentially getting a custom rack… which is fine, you just jumped in line a bit by placing your order right away. Which brings us to the second way to order a 100 series rack…
Option 2, custom racks. In this option you simply send us an email, and tell us what you have in mind. You can reference any of the pictures above, in the gallery, or anything found elsewhere on line if you prefer. We’ll write back with quote and drawing that itemizes everything, making sure we dial this in just how you like. Once we have it just right, then to get started you can place any amount down as a deposit, using this pay now button:
Once your deposit is received you’ll be placed on the schedule, your most current drawing gets released to production, and you’ll be contacted when your rack is complete to confirm shipping, installation, and settle up on the balance.
